Cabin #3 is our least expensive cabin, but it still quite comfortable. We may eventually get around to remodeling the unit, but so far we decided to keep in vintage and keep in reasonably priced. The cabin is not lacking anything you need at the lake. It has a comfortable queen bed, full bath with shower (shower is a bit small for a big big person) and combined living room, dining area and kitchen. It goes without saying the cabin comes with everything including, cookware, dishware, range, microwave, coffee maker, flat-screen tv with satellite, recliner chairs and a sofa sleeper for a second guest. Also has a great little deck with a BBQ overlooking our fishing pond. RENTAL FEES: Weekly Rate (6 nights) = $280 per week. Monthly Rate = $850 per month. $200 refundable deposit required for all rentals. Utilities, Cable, Water, Sewer Included
