Our apartments are located in the heart of the very desirable historic Old North End neighborhood. They are walking distance to downtown, Colorado College (2 blocks), Penrose Hospital, walking and bike trails, etc.
This spacious 1100 sq ft, first-floor unit has lots of old-time charm with its wood floors and 10-foot ceilings. Dining room has the original oak wainscot and chandelier. Kitchen has granite countertops and backsplash and stainless appliances. It has two very large bedrooms with extra-large closets (two in each bedroom) with lots of storage space.
