The key points which will automatically disqualify an applicant are: 1) negative credit (a general established credit score of 500 points at a minimum), 2) prior or current rental issues (abusive or criminal conduct, prior evictions, or a history of late or incomplete payments), 3) legal employment (we cannot accept undocumented immigrants) or 4) criminal history (we will not accept a prior felon). Also, negative references may keep an application from being approved. Most agreements begin with a 12-month lease. If pets are allowed (with approval, provided they are not on the firm's established restricted breed list), an additional deposit will be required for each pet.
