The beautiful lawn and garden welcomes you with the upper garden fully fenced in for any furry pals in tow. And there's a surprise feature just around the corner - an adorable a-frame office or quiet space is waiting for you - perfect for working from home. The yard also features a large playground perfect for kids.
As you enter the home you walk into the cozy living room with a fireplace and 60" smart TV with surround sound. Just beyond there you'll see the large open kitchen and dining area that seats 6+. Just before going out to the covered and nicely lit garden area you'll pass a workspace that includes an adjustable standing desk (sit or stand to your comfort) and a beautiful ergonomic desk chair. The kitchen is beautifully lit with under cabinet lighting and is fully equipped with gourmet kitchenware and appliances.
This home is beautifully lit throughout with dimmer switches, beautiful lamps, under cabinet lighting and skylight lighting, in the kitchen. The bathrooms have additional lights over the showers as well.
From the hallway you will find the main bathroom with tub/shower combo and marble countertop. Next you will see the primary bedroom with a queen bed, adjustable heat and AC with the mini split unit, and a private ensuite with shower. The primary bedroom includes a sliding door out onto the garden patio and includes views of the adorable a-frame office. The a-frame office also includes an ergonomic desk (sit or stand) and desk chair.
The two additional bedrooms are found further down the hallway and are right next to one another. They both include queen beds with cozy bedding and views of the front garden. One bedroom also includes a small desk/workspace. The closets in all of the bedrooms have shelving and organizer units as well.
There will be printed Welcome Binder in the kitchen upon your arrival for your convenience that includes notes, house rules, and checkout instructions. Please read through it when you arrive for complete instructions. Here are some notes that are included in it for reference.
Please park in the garage or in the driveway. Please do not park along or in the gravel as this area is used for other purposes and please do not block the neighbor's driveway.
IMPORTANT: The kitchen countertops are covered in an epoxy resin and therefore nothing hot can be placed on them or they will ruin. Please ALWAYS use a hot pad/trivet/silicone mat on the countertop when setting anything warm or hot on it. Thank you!
Laundry units are found in the garage just outside the door from the kitchen. When operating the washer, to start it, select your settings, then press and hold the start button until all the lights light up, then release and your load will start.
Please always remember to clean out the lint filter in the dryer. It is found at the top of the unit.
This home features minisplit technology allowing you to control the heat or AC for rooms individually. The units are found in the dining area, the living room, and the primary bedroom. Each unit has a remote. Please do not lose the remotes =) . The two bedrooms have ceiling fans and baseboard heaters. The fans also have remotes, and the baseboard heat is controlled by the dial on the wall in each room.
Trash is collected early Thursday morning. The bins must be brought down the gravel driveway to 114th ave on the right side (when facing 114th with your back to the home). The neighbor in the green house nextdoor places her bins closest to the gravel, then we place ours further to the right.
The volume for the surround sound is controlled by tapping the + or - on top of the speaker.
For COVID-19 precautions please:
-Do not wear shoes in the house.
CHECK-OUT PROCEDURES
-Wash any dishes used with as hot of water as safely possible. Do not leave any dirty dishes upon checkout.
-Wipe bathroom and kitchen surfaces with provided disinfectant wipes at checkout.
-Put all towels and sheets in a single pile by the washer upon checkout.
-Collect ALL trash into the main trash bin (in the kitchen) upon checkout.
Upon checkout, please put back any rearranged furniture and don't forget to log out of your profiles on any smart TV.

We do not charge a cleaning fee, so we would greatly appreciate it if you could follow our printed check-out procedure in the welcome book that you may have seen when you checked in. An added cleaning fee will be charged post-checkout if the home is left in a condition requiring excessive cleaning.
We value our furry guests as well. If you have a pet staying with you, PLEASE keep up with any pet droppings in the yard and any pet hair in the home on a daily basis. Please keep pets off the furniture or cover it. Any excessive pet hair, pet stains, or any damages due to pets, may incur an additional charge post check-out.
Any excessive utility charges during your stay may be charged to the guest.
Strictly no party and please note that we have a fine of between $500-1,000 for smoking inside our properties. This includes cigarette smoke, cigar smoke, vaping, marijuana, and any other form of smoking.
Please note that we have a same-day $50 early check-in fee and a $50 same-day late check-out fee.
We kindly request guests staying for less than 3 months to NOT use the mailbox/address for mail and do not transfer your mail to this address. Please use a PO Box.
