I don't see how this house is worth anything what u say it is 1st of all my family rented this house & n 1975 we moved the roof would leak horribly we would have pots, pans, n buckets catch water everything bout it was bad neighborhood schools n town n sell for $6,000 n 2018 y not put a family n a tent n the woods they'd be better off n probably stay alive longer ridiculous asking price
