Maybe you'll tube the Esopus Creek or hike a challenging nearby trail or try the zip line at nearby Hunter Mtn? Once the snow starts to fly Hunter, Belleayre, Windham and Plattekill ski resorts are all within easy reach. The present owners have done alot to this cottage over the years, most recently doing some windows and siding work, and they're looking for it's next caretaker. This whimsical cottage is presently set up as a kitchen, dining room, living room, bedroom and 1/2 bath upstairs with rustic wood on the walls and hard wood floors. The living room and dining room walk out onto a 20' long L shaped covered front porch. Spiral stair case takes you from the living room to the lower walk out basement area where there is a bone dry area about 18 x 18 that I called Family Room.
