My clients always walk through the house to reach the studio, so it's important that you're respectful during those times. Specifically, I ask that you avoid being in the common areas while clients are arriving or leaving, and keep noise and activity to a minimum to maintain a professional atmosphere. This is a low-key home, and I'm looking for a roommate who is considerate, a non-smoker, and comfortable with kids and dogs. This isn't a party house, but you're welcome to have friends or a significant other over as long as things stay respectful and within reason.
