The bedroom is bright and cozy, with plenty of natural light, a closet, and its own private entrance. You'll also have your own bathroom right next to the room. The bedroom currently has a queen bed and an extra white closet left by the previous tenant, but I can remove them if you don't need them. You'll have access to the shared kitchen, living area, laundry, and it might be possible to park in the garage if you have a small SUV or sedan. A little about me: I'm a 42-year-old male originally from Argentina. I live here with my 12-year-old son half the time and my sweet 5-year-old dog. I work as a Massage Therapist and run my private practice from a studio I built in the backyard. My clients always walk through the house to reach the studio, so it's important that you're respectful during those times. Specifically, I ask that you avoid being in the common areas while clients are arriving or leaving, and keep noise and activity to a minimum to maintain a professional atmosphere. This is a low-key home, and I'm looking for a roommate who is considerate, a non-smoker, and comfortable with kids and dogs. This isn't a party house, but you're welcome to have friends or a significant other over as long as things stay respectful and within reason. Whether you prefer to hang out with us or keep to yourself, I'm flexible we're an easygoing household that values kindness and mutual respect. The house is in a great location with easy access to Hover, Highway 66, and Airport Road, making it convenient for trips to Denver, Boulder, Lyons, or downtown Longmont. Rent is $900 per month, with all utilities included, and the security deposit is $900. I'd like to start with a month-to-month agreement to make sure it's a good fit, with the option to extend to a year lease.
