    This three bed, 2.5 bath row house in Trinidad is great for a family, couple, or roommates. The house has lots of great character, with original hard wood floors, five panel doors, original trim, and a clawfoot bathtub; but has also been updated to be very functional. Trinidad is an awesome neighborhood for families, with two great parks and proximity to kid-friendly restaurants like Maketto, Stable, and the whole Union Market area. Residents can also get community passes to Gallaudet University to have access to the grounds for picnics or exercising on the track. Two buses pick up in front of the house, or it's a 20 minute walk or 5 minute bike ride to the NoMa metro stop. The basement has been converted into a separate one-bedroom apartment with a separate entrance. Please let us know if are interested in renting it as well. Lease for 1 year with option to extend. No smoking. Cats allowed. Utilities not included. Renter responsible for water, electricity, gas, and internet. Parking spot available in the back. Street parking readily available.
