Me and My husband looking for the roommate who is Tidy , Clean and Organized especially in the public space like Kitchen , washer dryer etc. We looking for the roommate for Our 4 bed 3 bath single residence house in Rockville Area!! Me and My husband live upstairs, I work all the time only Off some Saturday to cook and do laundry at home. My husband works from home but he mostly stays in his office mostly. You will get 1 bedroom / 1 private bathroom and TV area and couch ( we furnished it for u!!) You will share kitchen / dining table and Washer Dryer which I use it 1-2 times a week. We looking for Tidy , Clean , organizing person (s) who open mind and communicate very well. Since I am very OCD about Kitchen clean stuff we preferred somebody who keep kitchen clean and don't leave Dishes/ pans overnight in sink or the trash outside :) LGBT friendly and Pet allowed ( as long as u keep the hairs clean and Vaccuum well) Please let me know if u guys have any questions!!
