    Why rent when you can own!! Horsecreek manor lower lot 1978 2 bedroom 1 bathroom mobile home. Bought it last year, only reason I’m selling is because I’m moving out of state. This home definitely needs some TLC. Bathroom could use Some paint, and It has a few Soft spots in the floor, as well as one in the kitchen sealing. It has a big garden bathtub as well as a stand in shower. It will come with all appliances including washer/dryer, stove, dishwasher (that’s 1 year old), upright fridge/freezer combo (that’s 1 year old), regular fridge/ freezer, propane grill, and a lawn mower. The oven in the wall doesn’t work. It also comes with 2 sheds, and there is a big ramp. It has a fenced in area 4ft high, big sliding glass door. It will include garbage, water and sewage. All you have to pay is electric/gas. Lot rent is $350 a month. Between paying lot rent and gas/electric all bills are about 550$ total! Selling for 10k or best offer. Reasonable offers :) neighbors are very quiet, and the Lockhart race track is right below and you get in free if you live in the park. You will have to meet the owner of the trailer park, just so she can meet you and tell you how rent works! In cranberry school district. Please pm me if you are interested in seeing this.
