Downstairs bath has walk-in shower with opaque rain design sliding doors. Small front yard with yard service included. Full laundry area with washer and electric dryer. Off street parking with two tandem stalls. Sorry - the garage is not included. Bus service close by to Kailua and on to Honolulu. All utilities included ( trash, water, sewer, local phone, TV, WIFI).
