Copper Ridge is located within steps of Oklahoma City University, near the Uptown 23rd District, a short walk to the Plaza District, Paseo Arts District and downtown OKC. There is a $15 per month laundry access fee. We cover water, trash and sewage. Residents are responsible for electric and internet/cable. This is a pet friendly community. Breed and size restrictions apply. There is a $300 non-refundable pet fee, per pet -- 2 pets max. The appliances, fixtures and interior finishes in each unit may be different from what is shown in the above photographs. This is a second floor unit.
