Spring and summer flowers grace the center courtyard which includes a picnic area. Private covered parking is available at no extra charge. Beautiful shady parks and recreation facilities are close by as well as many shopping centers and eateries. Our year-round full time maintenance team is available for emergency repairs and any other maintenance issues or questions. (Sorry no pets, no smoking). Utilities are included in rent. Renter pays all electricity. This is a non-smoking unit. Pets are not allowed. Covered parking is limited to one stall per unit. On-site laundry takes either quarters or credit cards. Lease is month to month. Final security deposit requirements are based on qualifications. $50 application fee.
