Mailbox key will be given, however if lost, tenant is responsible for fees to get replaced. Owner pays for trash. Pets are okay, but there is an additional monthly fee of $150 and additional security deposit. Some furniture can be purchased if necessary. Lease can be long term if tenant desires. 60 day written notice prior to expiring lease date is required if tenant chooses to not renew. Water bill is a monthly expense as well as electric; these are not included in the rent. I am happy to provide previous bills to help give an estimate for expense. Fireplace works, but there is no gas hooked up. This would be at the tenants expense.
