Condo is in a fabulous, extremely convenient location...Three minute walk to the Black Bear Cafe' and a .5 mile well maintained hiking trail to the Mountain Inn using the Highlands Trail. Shuttle stops every 15 minutes to and from other slopes or activity locations at the Wintergreen Resort. Condo is Wi-Fi ready. Land line available too. All 3 TV are new flat screen: 50" in living room; each bedroom sports 40/42" TVs. All are HDTV's. There is a Blue Ray DVD player in living room. Just outside our condo door is a large bench and boot tray for ease of un-bundling from ski day or hike. New washer and dryer in unit to dry off those wet ski/hiking clothes! New Fireplace doors and screens will ensure safe, enjoyable, cozy times by the fire. Complementary fire wood is provided by Wintergreen and there is a nice dry storage container for the wood provided for the condo. There is a Private/lockable ski storage unit just outside the key-less pad access Front door. No messing with keys! Great restaurants are located at the Mountain Inn (The Edge and The Copper Mine), and Devil's Grill and a Bar and Grill at Stoney Creek as well. There are numerous breweries, cideries, and wineries and restaurants to sample in the Rockfish valley to discover. Perfect mountain get-away for sports enthusiasts & nature lovers. The condo has ALL NEW windows and sliders, updated building exterior in 2014 and 2017 with Hardi-plank siding, new walk ways, stairs, and driveway sealing (2015), and new composite decking from which to enjoy that mesmerizing "Million Dollar" view w/your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail on the new bar height outdoor seating/table.
