You will share all common areas in the house, dining, living room, and kitchen. The laundry is in the garage with a washer, dryer, refrigerator, and plenty of storage area. EV charging is available (cost not included in rent). The living room leads to a balcony with hillside lake views. It is ideal for international students, military, and law enforcement.
