Neighborhood Description This is a very pleasant neighborhood. I frequently see joggers and walkers moving about in the mornings and evenings. Of the people that I have met, they are all friendly. I really like all the trees in the neighborhood, the autumn colors are amazing. This area is nice and close to the Sagtikos Pkwy and the Southern Pkwy, easy access, but still nestled in a quiet residential area. Take a drive by, you will like what you see.
