There are washer and dryer hookups in the unit. Previous tenant left a washer and dryer that can be used but these two appliances will not be fixed or replaced by the Landlord if they stop working. Property manager lives in other unit. Rent is $2500 ($2250+$250 for trash/electricity/water) a month. 6 month lease with the possibility of a longer lease after the 6 first months.
