Our home is located in the affluent Cape Coral Yacht Club area. This salt water canal home offers gulf access with only 10 minutes out to open water and Gulf of Mexico. Unfortunately our canal area is limited to certain kinds of boats as you have to pass under one bridge, that is if you decide to bring your own vessel. No sailboat access but Yacht Club has space available for bigger boats or sailboats and only 2 miles away. Please check with us first before booking and bring your own boat... Also rental boats available one mile away... Once you have arrived, you can enjoy many activities and amenities. Our beautiful well know beaches, championship golf courses, boating on the Gulf of Mexico, jet-skiing, parasailing, snorkeling, kayaking, fishing excursions and a lot more. Home body types that just want to relax by the pool, fishing off the canal/dock, watching the dolphins and manatees that frequent our canals or just a day at the our very own beach which is only 2 miles away..... will have you relaxed and refreshed every day.... We are both available 24/7 for any questions or emergencies. We have lived here in the Cape for many years and know all the good spots and not so good spots....!! Feel free to ask away all you want.... We want you to come back & stay again.... and ... again.... The house is situated on a safe quite dead end street where the neighbors are very friendly and helpful. This piece of Paradise offers 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, Master Bedroom has a King size bed, 2nd bedroom has 1 twin with a Queen bed, 3rd bedroom sits off the pool area and has a sectional couch that make a full size bed. The living room has a sleeper sofa which converts into a queen size bed. Extra charge for more than 4 people. Cape Coral Yacht Club beach is just 2 miles away, perfect for a walk or bike ride. It has a fishing pier. One month or longer lease available from July 1st 2020 to Oct 1st 2020. Tenant pays for electric & water from actual bills. Owner to provide lawn, cable and wifi
