In the summer of 2013 a brick paver walkway was added to the home connecting the backyard patio to the front yard driveway. It contains inset LED lights on a timer embedded into the walkway creating a star effect at night and illuminating the home at the same time. In 2022 a new HVAC system was installed and an new top of the line water heater. Also the bathrooms and upstairs laundry room were remodelled. New washers and dryers installed. In May 2023 a new roof was installed with all new vents. And the inside of the garage floor was improved with an epoxy coating finish, making the garage a great place to hang out, do home projects, work on vehicles. A sink with hot and cold running water also was installed in the garage too.
