Also, the seller farms 320 acres just to the south, and this farm offers many hunting opportunities as well. There is a 34 acre permanent wetland on which hunting is allowed, with a Kohler metal blind in place. Just to the east is another wetland with no restrictions which includes a shallow lake. This area has been hunted exclusively for over 50 years by a small group and is a licensed hunting preserve. They release over 700 pheasants annually, but only hunt the very NE end of the farm, and only a few times each season.
