The house is safe for any age of kids and children. Parents and guardians are responsible for their safety in the premises. No late night parties and visitors/overnight guest. Additional guest will be charged $150 per night. No curfew. Minimum of 3 months stay with $999.00 where $700.00 will be refunded if no damages or other costs are applied. The Background check and the other safety checks are required with the agreement for the safety and security procedures. Please take care on wooden floor and staircases as well as inside and outside of the house. First aid is available for minor cuts or injury. In case of emergency, please call 911.
