The master bedroom and third bedroom are located on the third floor, up one more flight of stairs, each with their own private bath. The master bedroom has a cute window nook with comfy pillows for reading or relaxing. The Living Room comfortably seats 6 with a couch and a futon. The futon can covert to a full sized bed. 42" HDTV with basic cable and HBO are provided in the living room. A large dining table seats 6. Extra amenities are available in the kitchen cupboard such as razors, feminine hygiene, pain medicine and more. Our Cleaning Process: The entire unit is professionally cleaned between every guest stay. All towels and bedsheets are washed and dried using fragrance free detergent at the hottest setting to maximize sterilization. The neighborhood The townhouse is in the up-and-coming neighborhood of Richmond. Most neighbors are family homeowners. Being very close to the main BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit) station, there is quite a lot of activity in the area. Use caution late at night and avoid walking alone after dark.
