I do not provide either a washer or dryer. If using washing machine, tenant to use Oasis greywater soap and use wash water for trees and flowers around house. (The Oasis soap breaks down into plant food so is good for the plants.) No pets. No smoking. Managed and maintained by owner. We are looking for tenants who will notify us promptly of all maintenance problems so we can fix them right away. I do background screening, including credit history and criminal check, of all tenants prior to move-in. Tenant pays cost of this which is nominal. There is one off street parking spot. It is near a mesquite, but is not covered. One year lease required. Security deposit equal to one month’s rent. Landlord pays water.
