Both bedrooms as well as the full bathroom are located upstairs--with the kitchen, half-bathroom, living, and dining areas downstairs. Just outside of the kitchen is a private balcony with an amazing view of the nearby mountains/hills. Additionally, there is a private driveway which can be used for parking. The apartment also comes with a refrigerator, electric stovetop/oven as well as both washer and dryer units. There is no washing machine for dishes.
