Both bedrooms as well as the full bathroom are located upstairs--with the kitchen, half-bathroom, living, and dining areas downstairs. Just outside of the kitchen is a private balcony with an amazing view of the nearby mountains/hills. Additionally, there is a private driveway which can be used for parking.
