Eastern Market, Lincoln Park, and Congressional Cemetery are nearby, as well as Anacostia Park, just over the river. It's an ideal location for a family, as it offers access to family-friendly spaces and some of the best schools in Washington DC (Peabody for PreK to Kindergarten, Watkins Elementary, and Stuart-Hobson Middle School). The driveway guarantees that you never have to look for parking and is long enough to fit two cars in tandem. The third bedroom is small but perfect as a home office, overlooking the backyard. The house was renovated in 2014, with a new HVAC and water heater installed at that time. A new washer/dryer was installed in 2018.
