I'm looking for someone (female identifying ideally) to re-sign a 3-6 month lease (with the option to extend if you'd like) with me starting March 2025 in a 2 bed/ 2 bath apartment at the Legado de Ravel apartments in midtown sacramento. monthly expenses: Rent: $1,292.50/ person Utilities: ~ $60/person SMUD: depends on the month. in the last year my lowest total was $21 in October and highest total was $128 in July (would be split by 2) Internet: $32.50/ person About the apartment: super safe, you have to tap a fob to get into the building, and also to get into the elevator. Everyone who lives here is very respectful and quiet. Mailboxes on the ground floor and an amazon locker as well. In unit washer dryer, new appliances (full size fridge/ dishwasher). Super close/ walkable to literally everything: restaurants, grocery stores, night life. About me: 25yr old female, i work night shifts at the hospital, so am sleeping during the days a lot. I have a very sweet and cuddly cat who loves humans but is unsure about other animals, so no additional pets please. I'm vegetarian, and love trying new plant based meals/ recipes.
