My Rockport Harbor House has been my primary residence I am now planning on doing some traveling and spending some time in warmer weather for most of the year. I am looking for a winter rental October-May 2025. I am open to renting it out in the summer for shorter periods for a summer rate price of $13000 a month. There is also a 1 bedroom suite that is not included in the rooms/bathrooms above that I rent out separately but could be available during this time. It has a separate entrance/exit.driveway with no shared space. This property is located right in Rockport Village and less than a 5-minute walk to Rockport harbor, the new library, and Buachamp Point. This property backs up to a field with a frog pond and a local golf course. Everything included: wifi, heating, water, hot water, off-street parking, gardening landscaping, and snow removal in the winter. Our June-October Rate is $15,000 a month Our October-April Rate is $4500 a month
