Sorry, I can't rent out single rooms. I am renting out the full unit to people who know each other in an effort to ensure a good fit. I have attached pictures of the place. Looking for $3,450/ month for full condo (3 bedrooms). That includes heat, water, parking, cable TV with DVR, high speed internet. Electricity is on you but is pretty cheap since heat is provided via water baseboard. Washer/dryer within unit, full kitchen, 2.5 baths, not renting as furnished but have furniture you can use, exterior deck with grill. Sorry, no pets allowed. Includes parking passes for two cars.
