This unit has a private bathroom-with a shower and a toilet, but the only sink in the private room is the kitchenette sink. Off street parking, no laundry, but there is laundry across the street. Sorry but this unit is only rented to non-smokers. While we don't have any units or buildings that allow smoking inside, we do have other units that allow smokers, but not this one, due to repeated second hand smoke complaints from neighbors about smoke drifting in windows.
