Appliances are included excluding washer and dryer (connections available for use). Water is on a private well system. Storage building is available to use at tenant's own risk. We do not accept subsidies at this time. Unfortunately this house is back on the market to rent after several applicants have not shown up to viewings, leases sent but not signed or just changing their mind at the last moment. Please be serious, ready with rent and deposit, and we DO NOT accept pets. I will require a background/credit check for all adults (18 and over) living in the house. Renter is responsible for all utilities. Owner has lawn maintenance come twice a month to maintain the yard. Pest control comes by every 3 months. This is a non-smoking residence. No pets allowed. There is a deposit due before moving equal to one month's rent.
