PLUS, you will also have access to the homeowner's beautiful inground pool, which will be opening very soon. You also have secure parking as you are in a private GATED Community. This is a two bedroom (queen size) & additional fold out bed, one bathroom unit with a very roomy living room and combination kitchen and dining room. There is storage everywhere inside and also additional storage built into the outside of the RV. The lucky tenant who chooses to rent this beautiful unit is allowed to have one small pet, such as a small dog, or cat. There is a one-time non-refundable pet deposit of $300. THERE IS NOT A MONTHLY PET FEE. We do request that you either bring your pet with you to view the RV or bring a picture of your Pet for Management to see/approve prior to final approval of your rental agreement. The RV is ready for immediate occupancy. Rent is $950 per month. First and last month's rent, plus a deposit of $500 is required in order to move in, for a total of $2400. If you do have a small pet, that would be $2700. But again, remember YOU ARE NOT PAYING FOR UTILITIES AND YOU HAVE NO MONTHLY PET FEE. They have FREE assigned parking in this secure Gated Community. Have a choice of 6 month or 12 month lease; 1st and last month rent plus deposit is required. Are allowed one small pet, cat or dog w/pet no-refundable deposit. NO MONTHLY PET FEE. NO SMOKING IN UNIT. Report maintenance issues immediately. Adhere to terms of lease agreement.
