Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. Located in midtown on a large corner lot with giant mature trees, you are less than 3 miles from St. Francis Hospital and downtown Columbus. A stone's throw away from everything else you might need, including grocery stores and restaurants. We recommend driving, but Uber and Lyft are available in the area as well. The home is located in a residential area, and quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If quiet hours are violated and neighbors are disturbed, the reservation may be canceled, and you will be required to leave the property immediately without a refund. Smoking is prohibited, and a $500 damage charge will be incurred if signs of smoking are found. Parties are not allowed, and any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay will be your responsibility. Trash must be bagged and placed in the bins provided, with a $100 charge for excessive trash removal.
