BOTH homes are recently updated and very clean. We have 2 homes on this property. We can book your party of 8 to 9 people in both homes at the same time. Or you can rent the cottage or the main house separately. In the cottage we have 1 bedroom and 1 full bathroom, plus a futon for a third person. Also has a private sunroom which is a perfect place to just sit and relax with a cup of coffee or read a book. With respect for our neighbors, the home is not available for parties or group gatherings of any kind. This property is intended for families & mature adults. We do not rent to under 30 year olds or college groups. Children welcome, minimum age limit for renters, non smoking property.
