Security Deposit: The Tenant shall pay a security deposit in the amount of $500 upon signing this Agreement. This security deposit will be held by the Landlord to cover any damages beyond normal wear and tear caused by the Tenant during the Lease Term. Full security deposit will be returned at end of lease if condo is how the owner left it. Use of Premises: The Tenant agrees to use the premises solely as a private residence and for no other purpose without the Landlord's prior written consent. The premises shall not be sublet or assigned without the Landlord's written permission. Utilities: The Landlord agrees to provide water, sewage, electric, trash removal, central air conditioning, WIFI, and cable TV services during the Lease Term, included in the rent. Maintenance and Repairs: The Landlord shall be responsible for maintaining the premises in good repair and shall promptly respond to any repair requests submitted by the Tenant. No smoking, vaping, or pets are permitted on the premises at any time during the Lease Term. Termination: This Agreement shall automatically terminate upon the expiration of the Lease Term unless renewed by mutual agreement of the parties.
