- MOVE IN AMOUNT | $6000 due at lease signing (First Month $3000 + Security $3000) executed within 72 hours of approval notification; Otherwise, Owner may option to require First, Last and Security. Property will remain listed as 'available' until Lease completed.
- PAYMENTS | $3000 paid monthly ON the 1st day of each month with an annual (12 months) lease term.
- PETS | 1 dog weighing no more than 40lbs. Must be well attended to, up to date on all shots, firmly potty trained and non-aggressive around other residents/pets.
- UTILITIES, MAINTENANCE | Tenant(s) responsible for electric, wi-fi, cable, A/C monthly filter changing and day/day general upkeep of property to include private outdoor living space.
- NO SMOKING ON PROPERTY | Complete leased premises, inside of home and private outdoor living space PLUS the pool area and other shared spaces within the gated community. VAPING IS ACCEPTABLE.
- NO SUBLETTING | Without approval by Owner and only considered under unforeseen circumstances which would necessitate this step.
- LEASE INCLUDES | water, weekly pool cleaning, bi-monthly maintenance of community landscape/shared areas, twice weekly dumpster trash and recyclables removal. And with access via back gate, Owner provides monthly removal of debris build up at surrounding edge of private outdoor living space.
