the house could be fixed but is ruff we stayed in the front living room and kitchen and bath room house has elric cistern sewage small storage shed fire pit and rock made grill all taxes and HOA dues paid till end of 2019 selling due to i moved to far away and can't get there often enof these are pics from last time we where there there are 3 private lakes you have access to all the lakes are supper clear can see to the bottom of the lakes they are beautiful you can also ride atvs on all the roads bc its privet lots of riding room there is also a small fishing lake very small but its mainly for kids there lakes have some big fish in them as well not really sure what year the trailer is but i believe the early 70s
