Living room and kitchen are on the first floor. 2 bedrooms are downstairs, 1is upstairs, good sized bedrooms and hallway but the ceilings are short in the basement. Free street parking is easy to find and no permit is required on the block and neighboring blocks. Free in unit laundry in the unit, feel free to enjoy the courtyard in the backyard, pet friendly and right next to the alley. Very convenient for grocery drop offs or a move in. Tenant pays heat and electric. Central AC and heat. Please make sure you READ THE DESCRIPTION and let me know what day you would like to see the unit in the first week of July.
