This is a short term rental available for Daily, Weekly and Monthly stays. The home has been fully designed, decorated and furnished. All utilities including internet are covered by the owner. Kitchen is fully equipped for cooking with big and small appliance, cookware, dishes, flatware, etc all provided. This home is ready for your arrival - just bring your suitcase! The absolute best home to stay in on BSU campus! 1/2 block to the heart of BSU! 4 bdrm, 2 bth, huge yard for your family gathering, game day celebration, concert experience, mom & dad's surprise visit, BSU campus tour, etc. 1 king bedroom, 2 queen bedrooms and 1 two twin bedroom all with brand new mattresses. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to create a spread for the handmade outdoor table on the covered patio next to the big BBQ. Brand new smart tv over the fireplace. The best! There are four bedrooms. The Master Bedroom has two small steps down into a fairly large room with big windows on one side and a king size bed. The ensuite bathroom is fairly small, but does squeeze in a small standup shower, a sink and a toilet. In this room you will be greeted with a chocolate made especially for us by our local chocolatier, The Chocolat Bar. There will also be two cozy bathrobes for relaxing and enjoying your stay. The galley style kitchen has a nice large fridge, dishwasher, range & oven, microwave, coffee maker, coffee bean grinder, toaster, pots and pans, dishes, flatware and cooking utensils. The dining room has a table for 6 and flows easily into the living room where you will find a fireplace, a Roku equipped TV with an antenna and cable TV. Super easy to use and simple to stream all of your favorite services from. The main bathroom has a bathtub shower combo and comes stocked with shampoo/conditioner, body soap, body lotion and hand soap from EO. EO (Essential Oils) is world renowned for their Commitment to being a B corporation, cruelty free, synthetic fragrance free, gluten free and GMO free manufacturer. The south side of the home contains three bedrooms. Two bedrooms feature queen size beds and the third bedroom has two twin beds. All bedrooms are impeccably designed by local designer Stacey Jardine to provide a comfortable and inviting stay. The front yard of this corner lot is modestly landscaped with a sidewalk leading to the front door. The backyard has a wonderful covered patio with a long table that was handmade in Boise. From the backyard you can also access the basement area where we have a full size washer and dryer with laundry detergent provided. You are welcome to park in the two car garage or driveway (room for two additional cars). Street parking is very restricted during the day (30 min limit) due to our proximity to BSU. This neighborhood is adjacent to and really part of the BSU campus. During the school year there are many students walking and cycling by on their way to class. It is very easy to cross through the campus and access the greenbelt to get downtown or explore the many neighborhoods of Boise. 4 bed, 2 bath, 2 car garage
