The small bedroom has a small closet and fits up to a full-size bed without much room for anything else besides the bed. Secure entrance on the rear-side of the building and private entrance in-front. PARKING: Off-street assigned parking for 1 car per unit. LOCATION: Centrally located in Old Town Pocatello, and within walking distance of Ridley's grocery, the bus line, a park, and walking trail near a stream. Also within a short driving distance of: local retailers, eateries, ISU University, and the freeway. MAINTENANCE: The management team is committed to providing comfortable and attractive living space and staying on-top of the apartment maintenance. ____________________ *ADDITIONAL WATER HEATER DETAILS: *This building was originally built as four 350 sf studios with the water heater capacity to support up to 4 people.
