Upper level 1 bedroom (about the size of a studio) plus a built-in dining table with storage benches for: $550 rent + $550 double deposit = $1650 total move-in. "Pet"-friendly up to 1-2 cats, non-smoking/vaping. The energy-efficient vinyl windows in this upper unit provide cheerful daylight! The small bedroom has a small closet and fits up to a full-size bed without much room for anything else besides the bed. Secure entrance on the rear-side of the building and private entrance in-front. PARKING: Off-street assigned parking for 1 car per unit. LOCATION: Centrally located in Old Town Pocatello, and within walking distance of Ridley's grocery, the bus line, a park, and walking trail near a stream. Also within a short driving distance of: local retailers, eateries, ISU University, and the freeway. MAINTENANCE: The management team is committed to providing comfortable and attractive living space and staying on-top of the apartment maintenance. ____________________ *ADDITIONAL WATER HEATER DETAILS: *This building was originally built as four 350 sf studios with the water heater capacity to support up to 4 people. This unit has been upgraded to create a small bedroom with a small closet within this space. In the past, when having additional tenants, there was not enough hot water for everyone, which couldn't be remedied. So due to the limitations of the building, is why there is not enough hot water to accommodate more than 1 person living per unit. We do not have this limitation at any other building.
