Security Deposit is equal to 1 month rent amount. Security Deposit and 1st months rent are due at lease signing.
All pets must be approved by landlord. If pets are approved by landlord a monthly pet fee of $25 will be added to monthly rent for one pet. For two or more pets, a monthly pet fee of $35 will be added to the monthly rent.
