2 Parking Spaces are assigned per Unit- Renter is responsible for Tenant Insurance & all utilities- Any plumbing issue must be fixed by tenant. Twice a year the A/C Unit will be Spring & Winter maintenance. Important- (Filter must be replaced every 15 days; If A/C Filters is being neglected the tenant is not switching out every 2 weeks; Tenant is liable to pay for labor & parts any damages in order to be fixed due to not switching out filter's throughout the year. Departure Notification must be at least 2 moth prior to moving out to Landlord via text.
