The house has off street and garage parking, recently renovated kitchen and bathrooms, hard wood floors, patio, vegetable garden, bonfire pit. Two blocks away from hiking trails in Sonderman Park and the Monument Creek trails. And an easy 8 minute bike ride to downtown Colorado Springs. We have a fully stocked kitchen, bbq grill, laundry room, and ample storage. Internet, no cable TV. I am currently the only other person living in the house. It is expected to keep the shared spaces clean, especially the kitchen. I have a professional job so am in bed early and up by 6am, and expect you to respect this schedule. I am 37 female, laid back, a climber and hiker. I like to have dinner parties every now and then but no crazy kegs, drugs or excessive drinking. I am looking for someone that is drama free, drug free, and respectful. NO pets, NO smoking A one year lease is required with the option to renew. The rent is $1,150 per month plus the utilities (typically about $85). A security deposit of $1,150 is also required. Garage parking is available for $75 per month.
