We are surrounded on all sides by fields although we do not farm any of it. Our closest neighbor is 1/4 mile away. We live on a well maintained paved road between Conrad and Union, three miles west of Conrad. Inside we have done a full remodel over the years removing all plaster and lath. While its stated that there are two bathrooms, there is actually an additional toilet and sink in our unfinished basement. It's also stated that there are three bedrooms but a fourth one could be made out of the finished loft above the garage, or the office could be made into a bedroom as well. We have a huge back yard with a fire pit and cement slab for basketball or scooter toys, along with a patio and deck all great for outdoor fun and entertaining!
