it is a requirement that any damage to the unit or maintenance issues need to be reported as soon as they occur.
pest control and cleanliness of the unit and grounds of the building are imperative to ensure that everyone lives in a comfortable environment.
there is only one parking spot with a sticker for one vehicle that vehicle should be determined at the time of signing the lease so that proper notification can be given to the tow truck company to ensure that your vehicle does not get towed. only one sticker should match the plates of the vehicle.
garbage must be kept in garbage bags and taken down to the trash in a tied garbage back to prevent trash and litter flying about the area.
only tenants in the lease should reside in the dwelling any guests o er 5 days will require additional name on the lease and an increase of 400 a month in rent. to compensate for the increase in utilities regarding water usage, electricity heating and cooking.
there should be no congregation in common areas.
gate surrounding property must be locked at all times .
