In the past I have rented to students attending UND or Northland. I have got very good feedback from the students who I have rented to. This includes a large bedroom and oversized closet, Living room/dining area. Full bathroom and shared laundry room located downstairs. We would share the upstairs kitchen and downstairs laundry. The kitchen is fully furnished so you would not need any kitchen items such as pots, pans, silverware, ect. Driveway off street parking in the back of my house. Large new deck on house along with a grill to use. This is a quiet neighborhood located next to a school. Able to start renting immediately.
