The second level features hardwood floors, a kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom, cathedral ceilings, and large windows in the living space. The kitchen has concrete counters, a wide gas range, modern lines with industrial elements, cool old salvaged sinks, and bamboo floors. The living space also includes a wood stove. The third level includes a large master bedroom with office space and a master bath with a stand-alone bathtub, rainfall shower head, and concrete finishes. A deck is adjacent to the living space. The property is a short walk to many restaurants, coffee shops, and retail spaces. One off-street carport is included, and there is plenty of street parking. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the house. The first month's rent is due at lease signing and is used as a holding deposit. 1/6th of the refundable security deposit ($500) and 1/6th of the last month's rent($600) are due on the first day of the lease. Pets are welcome on a case-by-case basis with a copy of vaccinations/vet records and a proof of being spayed/neutered. Pets are rent-free. Water/Garbage/Sewer is around $70/person. 260 sq ft one-car garage is available for $200/month and an additional non-covered dedicated parking spot is included in the rent. Screening requirements include verifiable income at least 3 times the rent, a credit score of 720+, positive landlord references or evidence of timely mortgage payments, and no eviction records. A 2+ year lease is an option. Please note that there is a rented ADU with a separate entrance on the garage level. Zillow applications are accepted after the tour. We don't charge application fees.
