I need someone to sublet my 1 bed 1 bath apartment, the lease ends August 2013. It's a second floor corner unit with a wood burning fire place and new appliances! The Del arte complex is gated, has a pool and hot tub, fitness center, and on site laundry. Water is paid to the apartment complex monthly, but the renter is responsible for their own power and cable. Rent is $690 (with valet trash service) but I pay $730 with pet rent and a covered spot. I supplied a stackable washer and dryer which would be available for purchase for $200. No deposit is required, but the application must be submitted and approved by the office (application fee is $35). I would like to make this move asap so no November rent is needed.
