Tenant agrees to pay $50.00 per month per dog as additional rent, plus a one-time, non-refundable $250.00 cleaning/sanitization fee for move-out due at move-in. Breed, size, and species restrictions may apply at Landlord's discretion. Laundry Use Tenant shall have access to a designated washer and dryer located in the basement, available for use at no additional cost.
